Custom Orders

I am happy to create custom pieces that fall within my style and skills! Customs must be completely paid for before I can begin to work on them, at which time I will provide you with a turnaround time for completing your item. Most items can be completed and shipped within 2 weeks, but times may vary depending on material availability and how involved the item's production process is.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via USPS, first class. Please allow 3-5 business days to ship, at which time you will be provided with the tracking number for your order.

Returns

Returns are accepted for items that become damaged due to the seller's fault. Please follow the care instructions on this page, in the item listings, and/or in your item's packaging.

Jewelry Care

Please remember that no matter how well-made, no piece of jewelry is indestructible. In beaded pieces I use thermally bonded beading thread that can withstand up to 10 pounds of weight, and I check all of the knots for durability when the piece is done, but all jewelry should still be handled with care.

Please remove jewelry before bathing or swimming, and do not store your pieces in humid places such as the bathroom. Necklaces with heavier centerpieces, such as the gemstone bib necklaces, should be stored flat rather than hanging.

Gemstones can be fragile, so be careful not to drop or crush them. Chains and earring hooks can all be wiped down with a polishing cloth to restore their shine and remove dust.
